The system will guide you through the entire submission process. This means you always know which step is next and the likelihood that your submission is incomplete is reduced.

Everything legally documented

With the ANKÖ eAbgabe, the submission of an offer is automatically documented in a legally secure manner in a separate submission protocol. The protocol covers the entire offer submission and proves the identity and authenticity of your offer.

Digital signature included

When submitting with the ANKÖ eAbgabe, you simply sign with your ID Austria or optionally with an internationally qualified e-signature. We would be happy to offer you our signature service upon request and provide the e-signature for you.

You can access the eAbgabe either directly via www.vergabeportal.at or via the portal page of the published tender. Whether electronic submission is planned will be stated in the tender text. On the portal page of the tender you will also find the tab „Elektronische Abgabe und Bieter:innenfragen“ (Electronic submission and bidder questions).

In the e-submission tab, select your desired procedure and click on “Create tender submission draft”. To securely encrypt your draft offer, select a personal encryption password with which you can access the draft submission at a later date.

Then fill the specified mask:

  • Check your bidder master data
  • Enter your total sum of the list of services and any other information
  • Upload your offer documents (e.g. list of services).

Once you have filled out all the necessary content, you can now sign the offer electronically.

The following signature options are available:

  • Austrian e-signature
  • International e-signature
  • Invite person to sign

Both the signature via ID Austria and other qualified electronic signature services are supported. For foreign companies, it is important to note that your e-signature must be a qualified electronic signature. Alternatively, other people can also add their digital signature using the “Invite person to sign” function.

Make sure you activate an electronic signature in good time before submitting your offer. This is especially true if you are submitting an electronic offer for the first time.

Submit your tender for the respective eProcedure. Until the expiry of the tender period, you can replace your tender offer with a new one or withdraw your tender draft at any time.

After successful submission, you can download the submission protocol.
